We invite all new employees to a webcast. You will be able to watch it comfortably from your home. All you need is a computer with Internet access and an audio output. We will provide all necessary information to work with us and you will be able to ask questions in a chatroom throughout the presentation. Once you have completed the webcast, You will receive access information to our online shift planning tool and be able to register for the first shifts. Participating in the webcast is mandatory to work with us.
How to choose a date: We will send you an e-mail with an invitition to the webcast. You can choose one or two dates from the calendar on this webpage (see below). Please send us your chosen dates by e-mail, simply hit the reply button. After we have received your mail, we will confirm the date. You will also receive an invitation from Clickmeeting. That is the name of the program which we use for the webcast.
How to log in: Please follow the instructions you have received in the e-mail from Clickmeeting. Once it is time for the webcast, you can log in through the link that has been sent to you.
Important! You can enter the webcast already before it starts and will then be redirected to a waiting room. Once you are in the waiting room, the webcast will begin automatically at the specified time – you don’t have to do anything else. Please note that we will give very important information especially at the beginning of the webcast. It is important to be on time. You can only log in to the webcast that you registered for. In case you are late or do not watch the entire webcast is is possible, that we will ask you to participate again on a different date.
